Back at our 2nd home - Staycation at Four Seasons Singapore

For our 5th year wedding anniversary, we decided what better way to celebrate the milestone by booking a staycation at our favorite Four Seasons Singapore hotel ^^

We booked it using my company corporate rate (which was pretty decent but unfortunately doesn't come with breakfast included). I think we booked the standard deluxe room?

Back at our "2nd home"!

Love the gorgeous display of flowers at the entrance when you walk into the hotel, the hotel always updates it so its different every time! Also love the scent of the hotel fragrance, its so nice! I always wonder what hotel fragrance they use, wish i could have it at my house so i can smell the nice scent everyday. 

The check-in process was relatively smooth (although i noticed there weren't any welcome drinks this time round) and found out that FS Singapore had generously upgraded our room! :D That's why we always love coming back to Four Seasons compared to other hotels (remember our stay at St Regis), its the service that always makes the difference!

And tada! Our lovely hotel room at FS Singapore. Its always so cosy and inviting whenever we stay here, wish i could stay here everyday lor!

The white comfy sheets just make me wanna plonk myself on it and never wake up lol.

Four Seasons Singapore had also prepared a special gift for us - a complimentary anniversary cake with a fruit basket and gorgeous flowers. It was topped by a specially handwritten anniversary card with meaningful words written by our wedding coordinator (Lewis!), the fact that he is still with the hotel after 5 years plus speaks volumes about the hotel!

Of course, i had to take a pic of the massive toilet (the size of my room) haha

they had prepared a small basket of rose petals with L'occitane bath salts at the bath area, isnt that so sweet of them??

Love the L'occitane toiletries provided every time we stay at Four Seasons hotel, its one of the few hotel chains where they provide such nice toiletries. Even though the MBS hotel was nice,they only provide their own inhouse toiletries which I dont even bother with lol.

We had a really relaxing stay during our staycation (think we caught a movie at Lido) and went to the Isetan supermarket to stock up on some drinks haha.  The next morning, we went to dempsey for breakfast before heading back to the hotel to check-out.

Overall, I was very happy with our staycation experience, the only downside was that they charged hotel parking fee.It used to be free, i think hotels should always provide complimentary parking for hotel guests hmm..other than that, no complaints whatsover!
